Antiques are one-of-a-kind and may already be displayed for sale. A complete brief helps Tim and Sue determine whether a rental is practical.
When you need it
Requested pickup or delivery date, time on set or site, and expected return date.
How it will be handled
Project type, location, transport plan, placement, contact person and any unusual conditions.
Terms are project-specific
No automatic checkout. No assumptions.
Tim and Sue review each request because the age, fragility, value and sale status of every piece differ. A quote may address the rental period, handling, transport, security, damage responsibility and other project requirements.
A piece is not reserved until Tim or Sue confirms the exact terms in writing.

What to know before contacting us.
- Is every piece available to rent?
- No. Some pieces may be purchase-only, too fragile, already committed, or otherwise unsuitable for rental.
- Can you place a temporary hold?
- Holds are considered only after Tim or Sue reviews the complete project and confirms the arrangement.
- Do you deliver?
- Transportation requirements are evaluated case by case. Include the exact project location, access constraints and schedule in the inquiry.
- Can a production request several coordinated pieces?
- Yes. Send the full list and visual concept so the request can be evaluated as one project.
